A GRS product, IIRC. Want to say it was their answer to the WABCO AL-70.

Okay, after confirming with Paul, it turns out those are actually WABCO AL-70s, not a GRS product like I had thought. If I had to guess, these were the earlier style of AL-70, before the (relatively much more common) "triangle-gate" came along, and are certainly very rare to find today.

GRS did make their own product to compete with the AL-70, that also featured just one counterweight arm, but it's also extremely rare, with only 3 or 5 known to be left in service in CA (according to Paul, anyways). I want to say there were a few posted on the forum years ago, so I'll see if I can try to dig one up.
