It used to not be fenced off, but I guess theft was becoming an issue for them.

I believe this could count as a boneyard, as i recall back in 2016 i peeked over a fence and saw several wigwags that were dumped around the yard, didn't get a picture unfortunately but i might take a look when i get the chance.

There's a few in my area that I'm aware of, guess I'll need to see about posting them soon.
