Well, I suppose it was to happen eventually. Would be neat to see how it operates though, I'm guessing these signals only activate when a train is on this track, while the others activate for every train?

Yeah, although it is interesting that they aren’t on the main mast signals. Would seem that on the ped signals they’re more vulnerable to theft, or vandalism.

Yeah, although it is interesting that they aren’t on the main mast signals. Would seem that on the ped signals they’re more vulnerable to theft, or vandalism.
They'd also be closer to the pedestrians they're warning though, as well as being easier to maintain. One is on one of the road signals though:

An interesting note about this is that despite being rehabbed in 2013, Pinsley/FCEN recently took the Sorrento Branch (the track running east from this junction) out of service. They were not using it, but O&NW, the tourist RR that operates in this area, was, and they weren't too happy about being told that they could not use it any more.

Huh... Also FreebrickProductions I guess youre right... That side mount is interesting.
