Neither Safetran nor WCH made a 3rd gen mechanical bell, at least last I knew. Don't forget that Safetran type-3s had a low and high tone.

Yes, GE ebells exist.

Hall Signal Co (flat sides, less than 5 exist)
Chicago Railway Signal & Supply (various styles, 1 or more round bells exist, several locomotive style bells exist OOS at Chicago drawbridges)
Louisville Frog Switch & Signal (1 or more supposedly exist)
US&S pre teardrop (1 or more supposedly exist)
