Signal on the far left: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the near left: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the far right: a Safetran gate mechanism and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the near right: 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Transport Products Corp. gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
This crossing is located in a quiet zone. Trains do not blow their horns at this crossing.

After catching the southbound train at Lee Street, we went over to Osburn Yard to watch Q574 double up its train and leave. Once it got moving, we went on up to this crossing along Frankfort Avenue to catch it. After a bit of waiting, Q574 came on through with an ES44AH leading an ET44AH.

This crossing is a pretty nice one, more than likely being another early L&N TCP install. In the 1960s, it appears that both cantilevers (at least) had their original lights replaced with WRRS 8 inch lights (assuming the ones here ain't original, that is). Then, in the late-90s, it appears, the signal on the near left was replaced with a newer one featuring WCH 12x24 inch lights, along with 2 of the other three gate mechs, it appears. After that, the next change to the crossing came in the 2000s, when both of the bells here were replaced with the current GS Type 2s. Then, sometime between 2017 and 2018, the cantilever on the far side got new WCH 12x24s with Leotek EV Series LEDs, while the signal on the near left got some Safetran 12x24 inch incandescent lights. Since then, the only major change to this crossing has been that the near left had its lights replaced once again with new WCH 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs sometime in the past year or so.
However, despite all of these changes, the closer signal has remained largely unchanged, complete with its original TPC gate mech! The lights on it are also starting to get nicely faded as well, so hopefully it remains as it is for a good while longer.
