Recorded on 6-15-20. Finally got this crossing in action. I went out to the BNSF Marceline Sub to film some trains with Myles today. We decided to go up to Atherton to film some trains here. First crossing we hit up was Mabel St as I did a tour here previously. Thankfully, this train came and we caught it here. After this train passed, we went over to Curtis Rd (which you can hear the train blow its horn for at the beginning) and caught a fast moving westbound intermodal train. We caught a total of 3 intermodals on this line in 1 day. Our last catch would be over at Atherton Sibley Rd which has a pair of older signals dated back to the atsf days. stay tuned for those videos coming up soon! Also to mention, this is my first time hearing a gs type 2 and gs type 3 combo in person. Forgot to mention.

Got another video of this crossing in action. No changes have occurred since the last time I filmed here. However, it appears that BNSF is going to be having track work along the Marceline Sub starting soon as there are new ties being laid out along this line and new concrete grades for this crossing. Same can be said for Atherton Sibley Rd too. And on a sad note, it appears that the signals at Galvin Rd appeared to be on their final days as BNSF has ripped out the grade for that crossing. Only time will tell if they'll remove the signals or not. Still need to get that crossing in action one final time in case they do get ripped out.

Both videos were recorded on 10-22-20. Finally was able to record this crossing in action again as I haven't filmed here since July 17th. Only change I've seen here is that BNSF redid the grade when they did track work on this line. I do apologize for the wind blowing really hard, it was extremely windy when I went up to Atherton to film some trains on the BNSF Marceline Sub.

First vid was originally recorded on 10-4-21, while the 2nd vid was filmed today after I got done filming on the River Sub. No major changes have occurred here both times I've visited this crossing.
