There are a few things wrong/updated regarding the text description at the top of the page.
1.) Both railroads DID use Thayer Street. The 3 tracks there are the former CMStP&P main, siding, and the out-of-service former C&NW (now UP) track. The UP DOT number for that crossing is 180336R.
2.) The two railroads did NOT share County Highway J or Clifford Street. I can tell on Bing Maps (formerly MSN Live Maps) Bird's Eye View that C&NW (later UP) had a seperate crossing on Clifford Street that currently has the signals removed and the rails paved over.

(In the link above, the former CMStP&P [WSOR] is on the left, former C&NW/UP is overgrown to the right)
They DID share Thayer Street, Main Street @ Milwaukee Street, and Reed Street. At all of those crossings, the partially paved over C&NW/UP rails are still there.
3.) WSOR currently operates to Plymouth twice weekly from their North Milwaukee Yard. They operate through Clifford, Reed, and Thayer, where the customers are. All the other crossings are further north and get even less action, usually only when cars are brought into or out of storage on the line north of town, or for special events like the steam-powered "Santa Trains" in December '07 and '08.
4.) The state has recently purchased the UP (former C&NW) line, which goes east to Sheboygan Falls, Kohler and Sheboygan. Eventual plans call for WSOR to rehab it and take over much of the Sheboygan service from UP. This would restore that track to service through Thayer and Reed, as well as the seperate crossings on Clifford and points east. Anything north and west of the former diamond (like Main @ Milwaukee) probably would not see service restored.
