Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
Signal on the right: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a General Signals Type 1 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
This was the next crossing I chased NS 320 to. This crossing is another nice one, featuring another pair of late-90s NS signals. Like with the other late-90s installs I recorded, one of the original bells here died at some point and was replaced with a GS Type 2, but that appears to be the only major change to these signals. However, unlike those ones, the bells here don't ring when the gates rise.
At this crossing, I wound-up meeting DeadBolt82, a local railfan, who was a big help in figuring out where 320 and 329 were going to meet.

As of 12-18-20, the only change here appears to be that the bells here now ring when the gates rise:

*originally recorded on 2-28-26*
Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a General Signals Type 1 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
After catching NS 319 in downtown Jasper, I decided to chase it back up to Saragossa as I wanted to get another video of this 172-car monster of a train. After a bit of waiting, I was able to get another video of this nearly two-mile-long train passing through the unincorporated community of Saragossa, AL. After this, I went on back home to Huntsville for the evening.
Sometime after I last filmed this crossing back in 2023, NS replaced all of the gate lights here with RECO LED ones. Thankfully, nothing else has changed to this crossing, which is nice to see.
