Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights with GE Uniform Look LEDs, a Safetran Type 3 electronic bell, a Siemens gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights with GE Uniform Look LEDs, a Safetran Type 3 electronic bell, a Siemens gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
After catching NS 320 just outside of Bear Creek, I continued on down to this crossing in Ashbank, as I wasn't able to beat it to any crossings in Haleyville, and the crossings in Lynn and Natural Bridge had already been recorded. Seems like the engineer almost forgot to blow the horn for the crossing here, lol.
This crossing's another decent one, featuring a pair of NS signals from about 2014-ish. No major changes to either of them since they were installed, though the tip gate light on the closer signal seems to be getting a bit dim.
A bit of a neat thing about this crossing though is that it retains both older white NS ENS signs on both signals, along with a pair of older blue NS ENS signs on both signals, both of which are kinda hard to find these days.
Hopefully it retains them for a while longer.
