Mike's Railroad Crossing Forum

Got this one on Tuesday. Train snuck up on me so I missed the activation and gate descent. One of a dwindling number of crossings on the UP Milwaukee Sub which still has the wide-base Griswold/Safetran gate signals. These have Safetran 8" lights with LEDs in them. The Safetran mechanical bell on the near signal seems to be dead, only the WCH e-bell on the far signal is heard. There's also a third, gateless signal with a single pair of lights for a dirt road that runs parallel to the tracks.
