After catching H-MEMBIR in Gu-Win, I chased it on down to this crossing in the town of Kansas, AL. The crossing here is a pretty nice one, featuring a pair of gateless signals that I believe were installed by the BN in the 1990s. Since then, the only major change here appears to have been the bell being replaced with the current GS Type 2 in the 2000s. The sharp angle of the crossing certainly does make for a nice video though, even if I was set-up on the shadow-side of the train.

After catching the coal train again in Winfield, Zac and I chased in on east over to this crossing in Kansas we'd skipped earlier in the day for our third video of it. I normally wouldn't've gone for a "going-away" shot like this, but I figured it'd allow for a great angle for the MRL ACe on the rear.
Back in 2021, within a few months of my previous video here, BNSF had upgraded this crossing entirely with the current gateless signals. It's a shame to see the older BN ones are gone now, but I'm definitely glad I got them when I did. Either way, I'm definitely glad to have finally gotten this crossing refilmed.
