*originally recorded on 6-9-21*

Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Modern Industries 12x24 inch lights and a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell.

Once A95 flew past on their way to Corinth, I continued west to the next crossing I wanted to get outside of the Memphis area. Once I got here, I set-up, and waited. And waited. And waited.
However, after a few hours of waiting, NS A95 came back through on their return trip to Rossville, this time with the Dash-9 running long-hood forwards.

This crossing is another nice one, featuring a late-SOU/early-NS install from the early 80s. It appears that these signals were mostly, if not entirely, original up until the early 2000s, when NS replaced the previous bell here (which was most likely either a WCH or Modern Industries mechanical, both were used on these installs) with the current GS Type 2. The signals here then remained mostly, if not entirely, unchanged until sometime between 2012 and 2014, when NS upgraded the original MI 12x24s on the far signal to the current Safetran 12x20s. Since then, no major changes have occured here, thankfully. I also chose to set-up on this side, even though it was slightly back-lit, due to the MI 12x24s over here.
