Signal on the left: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights, a WCH mechanical bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.

On December 20th, @Bigmindcreator TS and I got up and checked on out of the hotel to do some more railfanning on the CSX Charleston Sub before heading up to Latta for the night. Like with yesterday, our first train of the day was a northbound Amtrak Palmetto (AMTK 90) with a P42DC for power.
This crossing is a pretty nice one, featuring a nice, mostly-original, 1980s CSX install. I'd wanted to record this one the day before, but sadly wasn't able to. Thankfully, I was able to get it this time around. A bit unsurprisingly, the WCH bells here sound kinda rough, but I guess that's to be expected given their age and how busy this line is. Always nice to see some older WCH signals still in service like this though. Hopefully they remain here for many more years to come.
