New Jersey PATH scale crossing signal and maybe wood gates?

Employee service crossing... interesting set up. Just too bad it's so dark.
The gate mech looks like it's a US&S/WABCO Model 75, the gate arm definitely appears to be custom though.
Sadly, the mechanical bell there is now an e-bell, I believe.
