Signal on the left: 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, RECO LED gate lights, and an NEG LED gate light.
The bell here is an NEG electronic bell mounted on the relay case.

After catching the M587 just north of Gallatin, I continued on up to Bowling Green for another crossing. Shortly after I got here, I heard M574 leaving, and I was able to catch CSX M574 rolling through this crossing with an ET44AH leading an ES40DC on the head-end, and another ET44AH paired-up with another ES40DC as the mid-train DPUs.

This crossing is another great one, featuring a rather classic L&N install at it from Transport Products Corp. It seems this was a very early one of those as well, given that the closer signal features a 4 inch Peerless clamp-style base on it. In the 1960s (or maybe 50s) or so, it seems the far signal had at least its light mast replaced entirely with the current one, and the closer signal had its lights replaced with the current WRRS 8 inch ones. It seems the crossing remained entirely unchanged for a few decades after, but, at some point, the crossing was converted to 1-way and the far signal had its gate mast removed. Then, or at about the same time, in the late-90s or 2000s, the remaining gate mechanism here was replaced with the current Safetran gate mechanism. Finally, sometime between 2008 and 2013, the WRRS mechanical bell on the closer signal was replaced by the current NEG e-bell, which was instead mounted on the cantilever, for some reason. I'm guessing some wiring must've gone bad, as the closer signal had some of the lights on it rewired at some point in the 2010s using a wire going to the gate mast due to a wire failing.
