"TCR" brackets on a crossing in Terre Haute, IN

I have never heard of this company.

Bells go "ding". Lights go "flash". And the WCH Gate Mechanism at Kirkwood Road goes "chigRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".

They seem to be a relatively new company which makes mostly cantilevers. They do have a website here that shows the stuff they sell: https://tcrrailgroup.com/

Also for the life of me I cannot find what TCR stands for.
