8-20-24 Update

Another huge update today, and some unexpected updates to some unexpected states!
As of today, no states on the site will have last been updated in the 2000s!

This update covers two formerly outdated states which are Minnesota and Oklahoma, as well as new portions of Kansas and Missouri! Iowa has mostly gotten a video update this month rather than mostly new crossings until I can get a good photo trip done.

You might also notice that fonts on updated text based pages have been fixed and will no longer be the disgusting New Times Roman or Arial! They will instead display correctly in the correct RoadGeek2005s fonts very similar to what image based pages use!

As usual, if you find any errors, let me know and I'll quickly fix them!

That former DME spur that runs South from Waseca is interesting. Any idea if CPKC still has interest in keeping that for car storage yet, or are they considering abandonment? It's so strange to see the signals stripped, and yet the railheads have a decent shine. Or are they in the process of ripping the line?

That former DME spur that runs South from Waseca is interesting. Any idea if CPKC still has interest in keeping that for car storage yet, or are they considering abandonment? It appears to have been OOS for a decade at this point and many of the crossings have been paved over at this point. I don’t see any customers using it again anytime soon and the only remaining portion of the line in Waseca is now exempt, only being used to store cars. Some telegraph poles are also still hanging around.
