What are you guys opinions of Scaletrains? I really like their products especially both their more budget friendly "Operator" line, and their more fully detailed "Rivet Counter" line. They were the first company to produce the Tier 4 gevo in both N, and HO Scale with Intermountain producing theirs in HO sometime after Scaletrains. I happen to own some of their GEVOs including their NS 8098 they produced last year in which I'm happy to own. I do happen to own some of their rolling stock which at the moment consists of their KCS, and BNSF grain hoppers along with a couple of tank cars.

I definitely like them. I got one of their NS C40-9s when they did an initial run of those and have enjoyed running it when I've been able to.

Ah nice! Does your unit have DCC and Sound by any chance? Ik one of my friends has one, and I think his has sound in it. I heard those units sold pretty well. Hope a new run comes out in the future. Ik they're doing the NS AC44C6Ms. I think those come out next year along with the CSX heritage units, and others. At the moment I have NS 8102 on pre-order in which is supposed to come out around January of 2025.

Nah, mine's just DC.
