It had stopped short of the crossing for a bit. It was about 20 minutes from the beginning of the video to when actually the train crossed.

He wasn't saying anything about the term...he just meant "I don't see any A Gates", since from the video...they didn't appear to be at that crossing. Upon closer inspection though...you can see they are the A-gates.

Read this again:
As far as the "A" gates thing, I knew what he meant, didn't appear to have wood gate arms in the video. Thanks for the link on the crossing.

yah i knew it was an A gate from the page on mikes site i just didnt execpt them to be in that shape they were
they didnt sagg or anything that makes it looks like an Aluminum gate
even Fiberglass gates that size sagg and bend
i want to know where they got that a gate
i alway liked A gates because even thoe there a pain to replace itll damge the that hit it :TUP1:
althoe i bet an Aluminum one would too
not a big fan of thoes Fiberglass gates they break too easy but there must be some good reason they use them and i bet elton knows

From what I remember, that gate has been there a long time. I believe they are original. Lacey Blvd #2 and Lemoore Ave in Lemoore also have wooden gates. Redington St used have them but they were destroyed.

Well, here is two more. This past Monday I went to Fresno (it was my birthday  ) and was doing a little railfanning. Here are two videos of crossings that I got in action.

This next one would have been better if there was a place to stand on the other side of the street.
