I can kind of understand why there's only one gate at this crossing, but why not at least one or two mast signals with lights only for the opposite approach?

Edit: Looking at the satellite image, it appears the signals on one side were removed for track/crossing work and have been reinstalled. Strange that the signal that was left up the whole time didn't have the lights bagged to indicate it wasn't active. (note no relay case either... also had to be repositioned)
One signal wonder?

That would make sense, still looks rather strange regardless!SirKrunch wrote: Mon Feb 17, 2025 11:37 pm Edit: Looking at the satellite image, it appears the signals on one side were removed for track/crossing work and have been reinstalled.
