The one in Saticoy has a WRRS Model 10-A gate arm adapter for the GRS Type F / Type 3569.

This doesn't appear to be the same thing, but I believe it was also made by WRRS or GRS.

GRS Type A gate, used by the B&M for smaller crossings that need gated protection.

I didn't expect one to survive that long to get captured by Google Maps street view.
