While waiting on the southbound, I heard they were going to meet Z195 at Curve, so I decided to go back up to this crossing to wait on the northbound hotshot. Admittedly I wasn't entirely sure how long it'd take them to get here, and, in hindsight, I really should've hopped down to Ripley, as they wound-up coming through about a little over half an hour after sunset. Thankfully, there was still just enough evening light here for a decent-ish video, and here we get to see my fifth, final, and best train on this day: CN Z195 flying through rural Tennessee with CN 2026 leading CN 1776 or power! These two ES44ACs were repainted by CN earlier this year to celebrate the US's 250th Anniversary/Semiquincentennial later this year, and are being kept on Z194/Z195 over the former IC main for the time being. Definitely nice being able to catch this train to end my day off with, even if I could've gotten them in better lighting.
After this, I snagged some supper in Dyersburg before making the 4 hour drive back home to Huntsville for the night.

This crossing is another nice one, featuring another late-1970s ICG install at it. In the 2000s, CN replaced the bell here with the current GS Type 2 e-bell. Then, sometime in the late-2000s/early-2010s, CN upgraded this crossing to LED. Thankfully, nothing else too major appears to have changed here since, though I suspect this crossing may eventually see a bell replaced before *too* long as it honestly sounds pretty sick.
Pretty neat to see 8 inch Safetran Non-fading LEDs in use here as well, given that all of the other 8 inch LEDs CN installed on the Fulton Sub appear to be of the fading variety. Think these are the first LEDs of this variant I've come across as well. I might see about coming back here at some point soon-ish to see about refilming it in better lighting, especially since I like the nicely rural location of this crossing. Either way, it definitely was a nice one to end this day off with, TBQH.
