Safetran type 3 e-bell

I'm looking for one that is working or non working (As long as it has all the parts)
that is goign to be a toughie. Safetran type 3's have been heard run to about $600 a piece.
Plus you will only be able to recieve a broken e bell anyway because the FRA prohibits any railroad company from giving out working E bells to anyone who doesn't work for a railroad.
