Amtrak vs. Pedestrian -- Comstock, MI

This probably doesn't belong here because it technically isn't a grade crossing accident...but it does involve Amtrak and a pedestrian...so whoever wants to move this to an appropriate spot be my guest...I didn't see another category it fits into..
Anyways....here's the link below; sounds like the kid had earphones and was walking with his back towards the train...
