The replacement to Windows Live One Care was released Today. I tried it Today, and uninstalled it after 30 minutes, and went back to AVG Free.
The reason why: It used up 100% CPU when the computer went on idle, even after unchecking EVERY feature. It's too buggy, and it's best NOT to install it.
