21 year old intoxicated man steals ambulance

Stealing an ambulance is a few pegs below stealing a Police car on the "Brass B*lls Scale", but pretty gutsy - drunk or not - no the less. Kinda hard to blend in and hide in one of the things.
Hope the "emergency call" wasn't made worse by the abrupt lack of an ambulance.
