My guess is that leaning e-bell fell right off.
Also, you can hear UP's GS type-2 e-bell in the background at the end.

Cool, now get rid of the $600 Safetran Type 3 crappers in Rochelle and put back the old mechanical bell at 9th St. I'll get that maintainer from California and do that.
