I do not recommend anyone to visit this railroad crossing if you want to railfan here. To get to this crossing, you have to go through a fence that is south of this crossing and that it could be locked anytime. It was somehow open and I was able to get the crossing photographed. I didn't see any security cameras, but everything around the crossing is pretty much owned by the TVA plant, and is authorized personel only. There is another signalized crossing east of this one, but since it is near/on TVA property, I decided to skip it to avoid myself getting into big trouble.
