The weird thing is about this crossing, despite obviously having not seen a train in years, the signals are still operational! The relay case is actively recieving power, and in fact, the fan on the relay case was actively running!
I have a feeling NS wants to restore service here eventually, which is probably why the signals have the new blue DOT tags and the relay case still has power.
A return trip on 3-6-22 finds that the signals were shut-off! |
