The gate looks like another small piece was added at the top: also note the lights stop at the wider part of the gate, The crossbuck, it's so rusty, and the gate catcher. This is the first time I've seen it installed below the lights. It is usually in between the lights and crossbuck. |
Google Street View shows the signals for the most part are unchanged, except the gates look a bit more professional now, and the crossbuck isn't rusty anymore. The 12"x20" lights and mechanical bell still exists.

Between 2000 and 2010, the crossing changed very little. The other signal not pictured had a Safetran mechanical bell and in 2009 or 2010, the crossing got LED upgrades to Safetran FLX-2000B fading LEDs.
