This looks like a typical installation except for the light setups I'm used to. The 12"x20" median signal masts are a style used on WRRS 8" signals. I have a feeling that those median masts are reused for this crossing. Also the left gate has a mixture of 4" and 7" gate lights.

 

The gated lights are 12"x24" with no rear lights and each one has a Safetran mechanical bell.

 

According to the FRA, this crossing was created in 1987.
