A standard 12"x20" gated setup that looks pretty well maintained. This is the eastbound signal. This photo was taken November 26, 2000 by Chad Huth, and submitted by Josh Baumann.	Here's the crossing on December 24, 2008 taken by Brian556.

Note in picture 2 that one of the gates has been removed due to the low ceiling of the new DART overpass. DGNO still exists here, and seems likely will not be torn out. Perhaps a hinged gate is possible for the future here?

Looking west.	Looking east. Merrell Rd. changes names to Southwell Rd. on the west side of Denton Dr.		The equipment bungalow.

Only minor changes have occurred here in the last 2 years. The old span-wire traffic signals have been replaced with new ones on metal poles. On the crossing signals, the eastbound gate that was missing in photo #2 has been re-installed. Look closely at the far left side of photo #3... the gate JUST BARELY fits under the DART overpass! Other than that, these signals remain the same as when they were first photographed 10 years ago.
