This crossing is located on the UP Green River Subdivision with Amtrak California Zephyr and Rocky Mountaineer (Canyon Spirit) operating over it. BNSF and UTAH also have trackage rights.

Track view looking west towards Windy Mesa Rd. Track view looking east towards Old US 50 in Mack, CO. A newer relay case is also here, not in use. It appears that UP was planning on replacing the old one or the old signals but then cancelled on it. Nearby E Cisco, which retains some old GRS colorlights!
