This crossing must've gotten upgraded
recently because the FRA does not show the changes. The 12"x24" lights
are L.E.D!

The DOT number on the relay case is wrong. If you try to enter it in, it doesn't exist. The correct number is listed above.
There's only one General Signals electronic bell here, and it's on the signal shown in picture 3.
