The FRA says that this crossing gets 8 trains a day. How is this possible when the main line only gets 2 daily trains?

 

The reason: CN has not updated the daily train records correctly. All crossings used to get 8 daily trains until 2005, when the count went down to 2 on main lines, and 0 on spur lines.

The reason why there is no Yield sign on the crossbuck in picture 3, is because this road is divided, and each road goes one way, just like the Eastman #1 crossing.

This crossing is in a quiet zone. Trains cannot sound their horns at this crossing.
