This signal has MI lights.
The Soutbound signal with an inverted 2 tracks sign underneath the 8" lights.

A closeup of the WRRS bracket. It's unknown if the Southbound signal has MI lights or WRRS lights.

Update: The 8" lights on the northbound signal are not MI as previously thought, but Safetran.
The 8" lights on the southbound signal (the one with the WRRS mechanical bell and inverted 2 tracks sign) are indeed WRRS lights.
