This crossing is located on a spur coming off of the BNSF Chillicothe Sub and leads to the LaSalle Exelon Nuclear Power Plant.

None of the crossings on this spur
have a DOT that I can find, not even within closed crossings. The
milepost is my best educated guess.
This line gets used once every 2 years, if that, for the nuclear plant.
