This crossing is located on a spur coming off of the BNSF Chillicothe Sub and leads to the LaSalle Exelon Nuclear Power Plant.

Between 2011 and 2015, the only change was the sign on the southern crossbuck being replaced.

None of the crossings on this spur have a DOT that I can find, not even within closed crossings.  The milepost is my best educated guess.
This line gets used once every 2 years, if that, for the nuclear plant.
