PUCO pictures from the late 90s or early 2000s showing two late Conrail signals with 12"x24" incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms, and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. By 2018, very little had changed.

The northern signal. Both signals had all incandescent lights at the time.

The southern signal.  This is almost as pure of a Conrail installation as you'll see, still having the original lights, bell, and even gates.

In April 2025, we see all of the lights were upgraded to LED, both gates were replaced, and wind guards were added to both signals.
