This crossing is located on the NS Chicago Line, and is right on the state line between Ohio and Indiana.

PUCO pictures from 2011 showing two crossbucks wiht stop signs. By 2019, they were replaced with yield signs, which is the opposite of what Ohio has normally done. The wayside signals were also replaced.
