This crossing is located on a connection between the CSX Pemberville
Sub and the NS Fostoria District. It's owned by NS, but CSX operates over it the most.

In September 2016,
we see that blue DOT signs were added to the signals. They're CSX

In August 2017, we see the lights were upgraded to LED.
This and Columbus #3 are odd, in that this is an NS owned crossing that
received WCH LEDs, while #3 is a CSX owned crossing that received GE
Uniform Look LEDs in new 12"x20" frames.
