In August 2017, we see the southern signal's gate was replaced.  It has L&W lights with a logo I haven't seen before on L&W gate lights.  The crossbuck was also replaced.

NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: Sir Fluent here. Since Tommy was last out here, a minor change was made to the crossing.

In July 2025, Nicholas Miles made a return trip to this crossing and discovered the gate arm on the northern signal was replaced.

This is Tommy's personal favorite crossing in Fostoria, just because of the bell and how it sounds.  The pitch and the ring rate are just about perfect for his tastes. It reminds him of the old UP 9th St. crossing in Rochelle, IL that had a Safetran bell that sounded almost exactly like this one.
