In
August 2025, Nicholas Miles discovered all the lights were upgraded to
LED, the 3 gated signals got new gate arms and gate lights, and the bell
on the western mainline signal was replaced with a GS Type 3 E-Bell.
In the next 3 videos below, apparently all the
bells (including the new GS Type 3) are dying. In the 2nd video, the
bells barely ring at all, with the GS Type 3 cutting on and off as the
gates lower and the GS Type 1 starting then stopping as the gates begin
to rise. The 3rd video, the GS Type 1 works, but only rings when the
gates lower and then in the 4th video, the GS Type 3 rings until the
gates begin to lower, then it starts having problems. I'm not entirely
sure what the heck happened to make the bells be like this, but its very
strange...
