PUCO pictures from the late 90s or early 2000s showing a Conrail setup with 8" lights, Safetran Model 85 gate mechanisms, and a WCH Mechanical Bell. By 2014, both gates were replaced, and the front lights were replaced with 12"x24" lights.

The southern signal. Both signals had WCH bases, 12"x24" Safetran front lights (1 Hawker on the northern signal) and 8" WCH rear lights, and Safetran Model 85 gate mechanisms. This signal had a nearly dead WCH M Bell.
In May 2015, we see the old white DOT signs were replaced with new blue ones. At first they were facing forward.

By June 2015 as we see here, they were turned sideways. I still have no idea why NS installs them like this.

In
May 2016, we see the WCH M bell was replaced with a GS Type 2.
I'm surprised it took as long as it did. This is also now one of
the very few NS crossings in Ohio now with the DOT signs facing to the
side. As of November 2016, they still face sideways. I find
this funny because last year, this was one of the last crossings to
have the signs turned sideways.

In
April 2017, we see the DOT signs were finally turned to face
forward. The grade was also modified in preparation for a rail
replacement project.

In
August 2018, we see that both crossbucks were replaced and 2 Tracks
signs were added. The gate lights were also replaced. I
also included a shot of the newer wayside signals west of the crossing.
By 2022, these signals were replaced with new Siemens signals.
