Safetran gate mechanisms, and RECO gate lights at the time.

NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: Sir Fluent here. Since Tommy was last out here, Tiffin became a quiet zone around 2021 and as a
result, both signals were replaced with a quad-gated setup.
