On May 1, 2015, we see the white DOT signs were replaced with new blue ones.

On October 1, 2015, we see the grade was resurfaced during a tie replacement program.  It's still rubber and asphalt.  You can see the old asphalt torn up in Picture 24.  Nothing else has changed with the signals.

In May 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward.
