On May 1, 2015, we see the white DOT signs were replaced with new blue ones.

On October 1, 2015, we see the grade was resurfaced during a tie replacement program.

In May 2016, we see that the DOT signs were turned to face forward.

In April 2022, we see the Safetran M-Bell was replaced by a GS E-Bell, and the eastern signal's gate was replaced.

These 2 signals replaced a pair of crossbucks sometime in 1990s.  All six of the accidents happened when this crossing had just crossbucks.
