209

Taken June 3, 2008, here's a WCH logo on his aluminum gate.
Lots of stuff around the signal, because the signal got a new aluminum mast and signal base on June 26, 2008. Also, notice the gate lights are missing. The addition of a base will make the signal a lot stronger, since winds of 90+ MPH are not out of the question.

Picture 211 shows the gate mechanism is from Safetran.
Not many changes, other than adding the gate lights on June 27, 2008.

Here's a junction box where more wires are stored.
Here's a diagram on how his 12"x24" signal works with his searchlight signal.
Here's his signal with some new things on it.

The gate is a bit smaller now, has Aurora clear LED gate lights, the 4 tracks sign back up, and a GS type 2 e-bell.

More views of the gate mechanism being taken off.
Just the motor remains is all.

260

261

FYI: The motor weighs about 120-150 pounds.
The gate has been fully removed, and the signal is gateless again.
Side by side comparison. The SM is on the left, the S on the right.

The Model S is on now.

We now see some time lapse shots of the signals from startup to shutdown. Also, a Teardrop bell has been added, as well as the 4 tracks sign being removed again due to "getting in the way". It'll go back up again once a bracket can be acquired for the sign.
