This crossing is located on the BNSF Mendota Sub.

The main signals were installed sometime between 2013 and 2018 replacing a pair of WRRS signals.

ICC photos from October 2010 showing two WRRS signals with 12"x20" FS incandescents, WRRS gate mechanisms, and a WRRS Mechanical Bell. There was also an FS Company pedestrain gate. By 2011, the lights were upgraded to Dialight Ball LEDs. By 2015 the M Bell was replaced with a GS Type2, but around 2016, the WRRS signals were replaced with US&S style signals. Surprisingly, the pedestrian gate was not replaced at this time.

In September 2020, we see the pedestrian gate was stuck in the down position and the sidewalk was blocked off as a result. This was like this for several months.

In June 2021, we see the FS pedestrian gate was replaced with a US&S one. This specific mechanism came from the old northern signal at Kent St. in Kewanee. The old FS gate at Exchange St. is still there.
