An overview of the crossing.

Note that both gates have those weird looking unidentifiable LED gate lights.

A return trip on October 12, 2024, by KCMO Railfan shows some changes that occurred to the signals since 2008.

A look at the front lights on the southern signal.
The southern signal still features 2 pairs of 12x20 lights now with Electro-Tech LEDs retrofitted in the light frames.

The ENS sign on the southern signal was added sometime in the mid 2010s by UP. In late 2023 it was repositioned to be more visible to oncoming traffic.
The signal base on the southern signal is from WCH.
The gate mechanism on the southern signal is from WCH.

The gate on the southern signal now features the vertical striping while the gate lights are from Electro-Tech.

A look at the front, and side lights on the northern signal.
30 31 32
The front lights on the northern signal now feature Electro-Tech LEDs retrofitted in the light frames as part of UP's 2011 LED upgrade. Thankfully the lights are still 12x20 though.

The northern signal also received an ENS sign in the mid 2010s. It too was repositioned to be more visible to oncoming traffic in late 2023.
33 34 35 36
Another change to the northern signal is that UP swapped out the WCH Clear LEDs seen in pictures 7, and 8 with Electro-Tech LEDs on the first set of side lights.

The light bracket for the first set of side lights is from WRRS.
The first set of side lights on the northern signal are from WCH. These lights are for traffic approaching the crossing going west on Bridge Rd.

Like the first set of side lights, the second set of side lights also had their WCH Clear LEDs swapped out for Electro-Tech LEDs. These lights are also from WCH.

The light bracket for the second set of side lights is from WRRS as well.
41 42 43 44
The bell on the northern signal is now a WCH Electronic Bell which replaced the original WCH Mechanical Bell sometime in the 2010s as well.
We find yet another WRRS light bracket on the northern signal, this time for the main pairs of lights.
The main pairs of lights on the northern signal are all from WCH.

The gate mechanism on the northern signal is from WCH.
The gate on the northern signal now features the vertical striping while the gate lights are from NEG.
Close up at one of the NEG Clear LEDs. These likely replaced the previous pair of Electro-Tech LEDs at some point.
A look at the rear lights on the northern signal which also feature LEDs in the light frames.
49 50 51 52
We find that the rear lights on the northern signal feature a mixture of GE Pixelated Look, and Electro-Tech LEDs.
