Google Maps Streetview taken in September of 2012 shows the western signal originally featuring an older MoPac era Safetran install with the lights being older Safetran 12x24s, and the bell being a WCH Mechanical Bell (likely an older 1st gen with an adapter). Given how the road intersects the crossing at a rather sharp "S" curve, and the fact that this road sees lots of semi trucks through here, the old signal was likely wiped out by an impatient semi truck driver at some point after 2013. The same thing would've likely happened to the previous eastern signal at some point in the late 2000s as well.
